SUBJECT: PHASE 2 - FINAL DISTRIBUTION OF EXCESS UNIFORMS INVENTORIED AT ANSC (AU

To: Division Commanders and Flotilla Commanders

We are beginning the 2ND and FINAL phase of distribution for the Coast Guard donated
Uniforms (ODU TUCKED and other) to the CGAuxA. The Chief Director has authorized the 2nd
distribution for May 2012 through Auxiliary volunteers in supporting the distribution.

Due to the water damage at ANSC, there are some uniform items that have been damaged due
to water that the Inventory Sheet does not reflect. First come first serve and there will be no
back orders. For the ODU SHORTS listed at the bottom of the sheet, please note that if your
Sector "does not authorize the wear," DO NOT ORDER.

Division Commanders: Attached are 2 Inventory Spreadsheets. Please carefully have your FC
poll your members. Please send your FC the Flotilla Spreadsheet. The Chain of Leadership to
follow is the FC sends to the member their Flotilla Spreadsheet and when the FC has the Flotilla
tally, they send the Flotilla Spreadsheet total tally to the DCDR and the DCDR in turn sends me
one completed Division Spreadsheet, listing Unit, EMPLID, Name, Ship to address, Email and
Phone Number(s). I will return your Division Spreadsheet if not in EXCEL file format, or
completed properly. Please give this your prompt attention. Send to me; Director of Human
Resources (DIR‐H) Joseph O'Leary at my listed email.

Again, since stock is limited to the numbers currently on‐hand, less water damaged items we
have no way of knowing until we open cartons, Division orders will be filled on a First In First
Out basis. The order spreadsheet returned with the shipments will be annotated "NIS" for items
no longer available at the time the order is processed. If you do not see your size listed, we
suggest you go for a size upward if available.
